Where façades are to be cleaned, we provide experts who are familiar with the cleaning procedures. We are therefore able to draw up specifications that reflect the state of the art and contain specific requirements and agreements. This also applies to a detailed measurement of the façade area. Here, shadow joints, glass surfaces and louvre surfaces to be cleaned are recorded separately. The Institute’s assistance can also be called upon when awarding contracts and supervising the cleaning operations. On behalf of the Quality Association for Façade Cleaning (GRM www.grm-online.de), holders of the quality mark – i.e. façade cleaning companies – are independently monitored whilst carrying out their cleaning work.
