The international QUALIDECO quality label is aimed at companies specialising in decorative coatings. The QUALIDECO quality mark covers the definition and regulation of decorative finishes on coated aluminium, such as the wood-effect finish. Among other things, it encompasses the application of printed films to powder-coated substrates using appropriate techniques.
The IFO monitors these companies to ensure they comply with the QUALIDECO quality regulations. In addition to reviewing the comprehensive in-house monitoring and documentation programme, our inspectors, as part of the quality inspection, collect samples which are then subjected to the prescribed corrosion tests in our QUALIDECO-accredited laboratory.
